F.A.Q

Appointments are necessary to view bridal gowns; especially on weekends and during events. We want to make sure we can reserve a member of staff to help you with all your needs! Of course, walk-in appointments are always welcome.

If we do not have your dress in stock, we may be able to get you a try-on gown so you have a chance to decide if it is the dress. We will always do our very best to track down the gown of your choice.

If an item needs to be ordered, please take note of the time line below to ensure we have time to fit out your entire wedding party.

  • Brides: 6-10 Months
  • Bridesmaids: 4-8 Months (all dresses ordered at the same time)
  • Flowergirls: 2-6 Months
  • Men's Formal Hire: 2 Months

This time line does include time for alterations. We have planned weddings in as little as two weeks, so please consult with us about ordering outside these time frames.

Don’t worry! We have gowns in stock for you to choose from. You could choose and take home that same day. Call and speak with us and we can help fit out your party in no time!

Proposals will take your measurements and recommend the best size that matches the closest to the dress designer’s size chart. In the end, you get to make the final decision.

Our staff would be happy to assist you in getting the perfect fit. Alterations are additional, but we are happy to provide you with a quote before we get started. Please bring your undergarments and shoes to your fittings.

No problem! We can take her/his measurements over the phone and we can suggest the best size for them to order.

We request that a 50% deposit be made at the time of time of order (full payment if bought from stock). Monthly payment are accepted by prior arrangement.

Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns on our merchandise once it has been purchased.
